Step Ahead have some exciting news, we have recently launched online learning courses which run weekly to support job seekers back to employment.
We understand the importance, in this time, to keep all our customers motivated and engaged. We want to deliver our training online to support our candidates and keep them focused on potential job prospects. We are communicating with our employers to ascertain immediate employment needs and this will be shared with you and our candidates on our training programs.
Step Ahead are delivering online training for the personal and social development of our learners; giving them up to 3 hours training Monday – Friday, exposure to small team exercises and one-to-one support from our top employability trainers.
Step Ahead will do everything we can to support all customers referred to our online course into work. The training is online and accredited. Therefore, all customers will receive a nationally recognised qualification from the comfort of their homes.
Please note, to be eligible for the course, you must be:
• 19+
• In receipt of benefits
• Live in London
