A fantastic opportunity for a Business Change Manager has become available at one of our top university clients based in Central London, The role is initially for 6 months, but there is a strong possibility it could become permanent for the right candidate. The role is paying 23.06 per hour and is Monday to Friday, 36.5 hour per week.

The successful candidate will responsible for:

  • Business Change Management Strategy and Planning
  • Stakeholder Identification, management and communication
  • Training and Business Readiness Assessment
  • Education, Advice and Consultancy
  • Line Management and Peer Support.

 

In order to apply for this role we are looking for an experienced Business Change Manager with:

  1. An extensive understanding of business change management principles and processes.
  2. Business change management skills including, but not limited to:
    • Stakeholder analysis.
    • Change strategy and plan development.
    • Identification of human issues in projects.
    • Training needs analysis and training development.
    • Development of change cascades and ownership creation.
    • Influencing skills in circumstances without direct authority.
  3. A record of promoting excellence in areas of business change management and the provision of support services, including the setting of service standards and monitoring of performance.
  4. Experience of working within a formal project management methodology or framework.
  5. Ability to use critical analysis and judgement to evaluate new information to determine the correct course of action and make insightful decisions effectively with uncertain and incomplete information.
  6. An effective, accurate and concise communicator both orally and in writing who is able to engage, influence, negotiate and persuade at all levels of staff seniority.
  7. Experience of peer support and team leadership or line management.
  8. Demonstrated ability to build productive working relationships at different levels of a complex organization.
