  • Do you have advanced IT skills – Microsoft, excel, spreadsheets etc ?

Role and Responsibilities:-

  • Provide administrative support to the Student Wellbeing Service (SWS) team
  • help desk service for students to access information, advice, guidance and book appointments for specialist support
  • Developing and maintaining accurate data input records
  • Direct students to engage with the Service, based on agreed annual targets
  • Represent the SWS team at Open Days, New Arrival and other student and staff events
  • Administrative support for the Student Wellbeing Team including financial administration
  • To liaise with external agencies and organisations, as appropriate, on behalf of the SWS

Equality Focus Student Support Service, to make arrangements for individual support, meetings, follow-up student and support worker arrangements and queries etc.

Will be working closely with the following:-

  • Student Wellbeing Office Manager, Students, MAC administrators and Assessors, Disability Named Contact Network, student Finance and Support Worker agency.
  • To have a willingness to develop professionally, maintaining a knowledge of disability policy and practice issues within H.E and developments within the sector.
