Our client is a prestigious Library based in central London and they are currently looking for a Security Manager Control Room. As one of the world’s great libraries, their duty is to preserve the nation’s intellectual memory for the future. They operate the world’s largest document delivery service providing millions of items a year to customers all over the world.

Role and Responsibility:-
In this rewarding role you will manage the Security Control Room.You will be focused on delivering excellent customer service, while providing management of the Control Room in close consultation with the Head of Security and Safety Operations.

Are you confident and experienced in Control Room Operations with knowledge of all associated policies and procedures? Have you got the knowledge of Data Protection issues as applied to Control Room environments? Can you be responsible for reviewing, updating and developing policies and procedures?

This role involves working within a team of Security Managers whom are rostered as Duty Security Manager/ Incident Control Officer (ICO). Do you have experience in similar security roles on a large site, either in the public or private sector?


You must have incident Management experience

Control room Operational experience

Strong team management experience

Strong judgement making skills and experience of managing staff, with particular emphasis on evaluation and supporting performance management



Salary: £32,000, plus £5,000 ICO allowance
