Courses Administrator

Temporary appointment until the end of July 2019

Our client is looking to take on administrative support to assist the academic teams. To provide assistance as required to the Academic Business Managers in relation to the effective     administration of courses within their areas. To act as the central link between academic teams, academic managers, internal departments and external agencies.

Responsibilities will include:

Provide Administrative support to academic staff and their teaching and research related activities.

  • Timetabling from Module Operating Catalog to Scheduling, including ad-hoc room bookings;
  • Maintenance of school based data (including but not limited to staff, course and module lists and school rotas)
  • Maintenance of relevant web-pages in coordination with business partners in Engagement;
  • Administrative support for School events related to teaching including assessment and quality processes;
  • Administrative Support for Staff recruitment;
  • Provision of routine support to teaching delivered through partnerships;
  • Servicing school based committees;
  • When required, provision of executive support to Heads of School.

You will also provide general administrative support and travel arrangements for the team.
