Resident Liaison Administrator – Fixed Term Contract Opportunity – (until end of March 2019)

Salary £24,500 per annum

An opportunity has arisen to join the Repairs Team until the end of March 2019 as a Resident Liaison Administrator. The successful applicant will support the Quality and Compliance Officer in dealing with repair complaints and play a part in being responsible for making sure the company delivers an effective and efficient repairs service for our customers. They will have to juggle multiple competing priorities with ease and be extremely comfortable working in a fast-paced, customer-focused and deadline-driven environment.

Experience/Skills required:

  • Experience of working with members of the public, take ownership and think customer and work with customers to find a resolution, with a strong customer ethos
  • Experience of using different communication styles, methods and techniques to effectively communicate with a diverse audience
  • Experience of managing effective relationships with key stakeholders including local authority housing needs services, local Councillors and MPs
  • Experience of handling multiple tasks in a high volume, rapidly changing environment
