Friendly receptionist required for a large Nursery in East Dulwich, London.
We are looking for a friendly, systematic and welcoming character to join our fabulous team.

Candidate will gain an NVQ qualification in Business and administration.
The successful candidate will oversee front of house and will be dealing with all reception duties: from handling phone calls and general secretarial responsibilities. The candidate should have a cheerful disposition and past working experience is useful, however not vital. Candidate must be reliable with good time keeping and must be able to cope with busy times of the day in the morning, lunch and afternoon. It is essential that the successful candidate is within easy communing distance to East Dulwich Grove (SE22).

Main duties to include:

  • Greeting parents and children as they come through the door
  • Assisting in the overlooking of the daily dairy/booking in meetings.
  • Making sure all ‘guests’ are signed in at reception.
  • Handling all incoming phone calls.
  • Collecting mail from postman in the morning and checking deliveries from couriers at reception.
  • Supervising the entrance of our main gate and door through a buzzer-entry system.
  • General filing for the nursery.
  • Supporting the team with general ICT related tasks. Data entry/Printing/Newsletters etc.

Hours: 40 hours a week, early or late shift patterns.

Any hours between 7:30am-6:30pm
