Our client is a luxury retail brand; they’re looking for an enthusiastic and fashionable candidate to join their central London team. The successful candidate will sell and gain the loyalty of the brands customers by offering the best possible service at all times, in accordance with company customer service and image standards.


  • Greet, smile and approach the customer displaying a cordial attitude.
  • Be willing to attend to and resolve any doubt or query.
  • To advise the customer and encourage them to buy.
  • To be familiar with the collection and the product/customer profile of the store.
  • To maintain an interest in the season’s trends, the collections of other brands, etc.
  • To be able to attend to several customers simultaneously and still offer good service.
  • To be familiar with the sales indicators and aim to improve them.
  • To be aware of the indicators to be reached and of the effort required to achieve them (sales/hour, average shopping basket, conversion rate, etc.).


  • To possess good product knowledge in order to be able to advise the customer in an optimal and precise manner (collection, models, sizes, fabrics, wash and care instructions, etc.).
  • To produce silhouettes and combinations to offer the customer, according to use, budget and/or occasion.
  • To be able to advise on fabrics and wash and care instructions for garments.
  • To be interested in and advise on store merchandising – stylings, location, etc.


  • Friendly, cordial and polite.
  • Strong communicator – listens actively and communicates in a clear and structured manner.
  • Has an impeccable personal image.
  • Is willing to approach the customer.
  • Product knowledge and an interest in fashion.
  • Enjoys selling.
  • Proactive and responsible.
  • Team spirit and willing to help out in tasks.


  • Knowledge of fashion, trends and the competition.
  • Product knowledge – collection, catalogue(s), store location, sizes, fabrics, etc.
  • Able to reason and deal with objections.
  • Mango Services Policy – exchanges and returns, reservations, deposit payments, gift vouchers, i-Pad purchases, etc.


  • Commercial orientation and interest in fashion.
  • Customer and image-oriented.
  • Multi-customer and multi-tasking ability.
  • Able to deal with stressful situations.


Must have at least two years consistent experience in retail, preferably luxury retail.
