Our client, a new 5* hotel is one of the most exciting and vibrant hotels in Central London. A Grade I listed building in the heart of the City has become a destination hotel with over 250 bedrooms.

The Role:

Responsible for all aspects of the housekeeping operation, supporting the Executive Housekeeper in driving immaculate cleaning standards, department costs, staff relations and training. You will play a key role in the housekeeping’s vision of success ensuring to provide a unique memorable original experience for every guest and the housekeeping department.

Room Attendant

  • Full time, any 5 days per week
  • Day shifts, usually from 8am to 5pm (later start on weekends)
  • £9.00 p/h
  • Good level of English required
  • Must be presentable as in contact with guests (tattoos OK)
  • Turndown Attendant
  • Room attendants work in pairs to ensure that hotel rooms are clean, tidy and inviting to guests. All aspects of cleaning are covered. This includes: changing bed linen, making beds, vacuuming floors and replenishing stocks of guest supplies such as shampoo and soap.
  • Part time, any 5 days per week preferred, can be flexible on days
  • Evening shifts, usually from 5pm to 10pm, can be slightly earlier or later
  • £9.00 p/h
  • Good level of English required
  • Must be presentable as in contact with guests (tattoos OK)

Public Area Attendant

  • Turndown attendants work in the evenings to “turn down” the bed linen of the bed in the room, preparing the bed for use. They will also do a general tidy of the bedroom, picking up used towels and emptying bins for example.
  • Full time, any 5 days per week
  • Mixture of shifts, early starting 7.30am, middle and late finishing 1am. Must be flexible to work all three shifts
  • £9.00 p/h
  • Good level of English required
  • Must be presentable as in contact with guests (tattoos OK)

Public area attendants keep all public areas of the hotel (such as lobby, restrooms, restaurants, front desk, and support offices) clean to the highest standard. Public area attendant promotes a positive image of the property to guests and must be pleasant, honest, friendly and should also able to address guest
