At Step Ahead, we consider our temporary workers to be part of our team.
We offer all our temporary workers a new flexible employment contract, which gives wide-ranging benefits including greater job security, a guaranteed minimum number of days work per year, structured notice periods and increased take-home pay through a government scheme designed to allow lower tax and national insurance contributions to be paid.
In addition there are pension scheme options and the opportunity to accrue extra paid holiday for staff who have been with the company for a certain length of time.
If you work as a Step Ahead temporary, now called a 'flexible employee', you will be assigned an individual Consultant, but if they're not around when you need advice, whoever takes your call will do their best to help you. Step Ahead flexible employees get:
