Though this year’s summer has so far failed to shine much of its bright and warming glow across our fair capital City, it was a beautiful, breezy morning that carried our consultant, Aba Ahmed, across the river Thames where she surprised our top temp', Sheila Ahene (centre) with July's Temp of the Month award.
Aba loves her job but never more so than when one of her temps gets such an amazing report from her manager, and Kevin Almond of Southwark Council gave just such a report, writing that "Sheila is a capable, reliable, conscientious and hard-working person and she has a very good working relationship with her colleagues. She has also demonstrated to the organisation that Step Ahead supply temps who meet our requirements".
Finally getting her breath back after the shock of the surprise, Sheila managed to say that "working at Step Ahead has been a great opportunity; they are full of encouragement & motivation and they recognise hard work and really appreciate their temporary workers"
You bet we do! Every single one of you. It's what we do best and why we work so hard for our clients and our temps.
