Temp of the Month

Well done Kemi - our latest winner of Temp of the Month.

We are very pleased to announce that Kemi Togun has won the Temp of the Month competition for her ongoing contribution and commitment. Kemi started temping for Step Ahead in 2007 and was one of the first temps we placed in Legal Services Commission and has been a firm favourite with the client and Step Ahead ever since.

Kemi was nominated by her line manager, Melanie Johnson from Legal Services Commission who had this to say “Kemi is extremely hard working and has a fantastic attitude to work and really enjoys exploiting opportunities to demonstrate her skills and abilities. I have found her to be enthusiastic and committed and extremely supportive of me in my role. I would find it much harder to manage the national programme that Kemi support’s me on without her help.   She’s a very good project manager, who has clear abilities to think ahead about what needs to be done. Kemi picks up new aspects of work very quickly and never says no”

Ben Flint, Step Ahead Client Director, had the pleasure of awarding Kemi with a bottle of champagne and a framed certificate. He said “I really enjoy letting our temps know how much Step Ahead and our clients appreciate them and Kemi has shown great loyalty to both Step Ahead and Legal Services Commission over the last two and a half years and we look forward to working with her on future assignments.”
