Hearty congratulations this month go out to Sebastien Blache for all his hard work at the British Library. The judges awarded him a mighty 10 out of 10 across the board for his work with the Henry VIII Team.
His Line Managers and our clients, Mark Walton and James Hughes (pictured), were impressed by Seb’s team approach, cool handling of the work he was given and all the extra effort he put in to make sure the time with the team was useful, productive and above all value for money.
Step Ahead's Managing Consultant for the Not-for-Profit Division, Ben Flint, ventured forth to surprise Sebastien with a bottle of fine champagne and his award for Temp of the Month that both Step Ahead and the Henry VIII Team are happy to award in grateful acknowledgement for all his hard work. "The fact that Sebastien is now working in another department at the British Library is testament to his hard work and continually positive approach to helping the teams he works for" said Ben.
Well done Sebastien. You’ve definitely earned the award for September's Temp of the Month and keep up the good work.
