- Initial screening is done by telephone. If the consultant feels that we may be able to place the candidate, they are invited in for an interview. As well as qualifications and experience, the interview focuses on candidates aspirations and expectations to ensure they will be genuinely happy where they are placed. We check qualifications, references, IDs and the candidate's right to work in the UK, and evaluate candidates skills on the UKs leading computerised testing system.
